Development Coordinator, January 2000 - January 2001
- Researched and wrote grant proposals to raise funds for special projects and general operating costs. Grants received ranged between $1,000 and $25,000.
Curator, May 1999 - January 2001
- Responsible for securing and installing all exhibitions since June of 2000; maintenance of historically furnished rooms; and researching, finding, and purchasing additional items for the collections.
- Designed a photography exhibition highlighting Staten Island's African-American community at the turn of the 20th century. Duties included painting wall panels; mounting, framing, and hanging photographs; and writing identification labels.
- Developed a permanent exhibition for the Museum's entry hall, which included painting; hanging wallpaper; mounting, framing, and hanging pictures; and writing and displaying identification labels.
